Rated worse than most of the crappy Concord properties:

 PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !!! ROBINS LANDING IS THE WORST, I BEEN HERE FOR 1yr AND THE ONLY REASON I STAYED IS BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO BREAK MY LEASE. BUT NOW THAT MY LEASE IS FIINNAALLYYY OVER I'M OUT !!! THE STAFF IS CRAPPY ALL THEY WANT IS THERE RENT.THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF EVERYTHING IN YOUR APARTMENT MESSED UP THEY WANT THEY RENT ON THE 1st. AND WHEN YOU DO CALL TO PUT IN WORK ORDER THE LADY ACT LIKE SHE GOT A ATTITUDE BECAUSE YOU CALLED. IT TAKES MAINTENANCE 3WEEKS TO EVEN FIX STUFF AND WHEN THEY COME THEY DO A HALF --- JOB. IT'S ALL KIND OF DRUG TRAFFICKING, PROSTITUTION,SEX ON THE PLAY GROUND,CHILDREN BREAKING INTO THE MAILBOXES. SO FOR ANYBODY TRYING TO MOVE HERE DO A U-TURN AND GO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE..

I lived there for a year and hated it! Management sucked, maintenance sucked, there where roaches, the gates didn't work, and the majority of the equipment in the gym didn't work. Don't forget to mention how they want to charge a person $30.00 to replace a single window blind and they wont allow you to replace it yourself. Also management changes every 3 months or so.

ROBINS LANDING IS THE WORSE PLACE TO LIVE. LITTLE KIDS CANT EVEN HO TO THE PLAYGROUND AND PLAY LIKE KIDS WITHOUT SOMETHING HAPPENING. MY NEIGHBOR DAUGHTER GOT A GUN PULLED OUT ON HER BECAUSE SHE HAD A BLUE HEAD SCARF ON HER HEAD. WHEN MY NEIGHBOR CALLED THE ON SITE POLICE ALL THEY SAID WAS DONT GO BACK TO THE PLAYGROUND. AND NOW KIDS CAN RIDE THERE BIKES OR PLAY IN FRONT OF THERE DOOR BECAUSE ITS ALL OF A SUDDEN AGAINST THE RULES. MANGEMENT IS RUDE AF THE RENT OFFICE LADY ---------------- WATEVER HER DAMN NAME IS GOT AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM, WE AIN'T GOT NO GROUNDS KEEPER SO THE APARTMENTS LOOK RATCHET AF.SO DON'T LET THESE FOLKS FOOL YOU THESE APARTMENTS AIN'T ------ (.)

So I was gone move in these apartments because my sister stay out here but I heard it be so much drama in the front section of apartments, how a lil girl go arounf tryna fight all the other girls how the police always at the lil girl house she having sexual relations with boys behind the buildings, how she be slapping her mother and she handicap. I also heard about the gun situation and people cars done got broken into almost every day. ..No no no I will not be moving there. Its just ratchet I actually seen a lady smoking a pipe on the green box..what kind of people are they housing psychos??

Well i can tell you of hand that the apts are a piece of crap i have mold growing in my apartment its not even livable and they have known this for some time TO ANYBODY PLANING TO MOVE PLZ DONT UR LIVE WILL BE A LIVING HELL AND RHEY HAVE BUGS REAL BAD SO
